Steps For Partnership Registration
The following are the partnership registration steps that need to be followed :
- Decide a name for your firm[partnership name rules] and draft a partnership deed. The partnership deed is to be drafted very carefully. Legal advice is recommended.
- Application for registration of partnership has to be submitted along with prescribed fees to the office of ROC, attach the following documents :
Application Form duly Authenticated by CA.
Copy of Firm’s PAN. Card
Rent/Lease Agreement/Property papers
Copy of Partnership Deed
Latest Mobile & Email ID Required
Copy of Partners PAN Card, Address & Identity Proof & Residential Proof & Photographs
- All these documents along with an affidavit is submitted to the registrar of firms.
- Upon verification, a certificate is issued. Hence, completing the Partnership registration successfully.
